Business-to-Business Sales

As a wholesale B2B supplier, refunds and returns are subject to agreed trade terms.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Buyers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt if goods are faulty or not as described. Claims must include written details and supporting evidence.

 

Inspection Requirement

All goods must be inspected upon delivery. Failure to report issues within the stated timeframe may void eligibility for return.

 

Approved Returns

Where a return is approved:

  • Goods must be returned in the same condition supplied

  • Devices must not be altered or tampered with

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed upon inspection

 

Non-Returnable Items

Goods damaged after delivery, altered devices or items not matching original dispatch records will not qualify for refund.
