2. Nature of Business

We operate as a wholesale distributor of electronic and telecommunications equipment, specialising in used mobile phones and electronic devices. All sales are conducted primarily on a business-to-business (B2B) basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Product Condition & Grading

All devices sold are graded according to internal quality control standards. Buyers are responsible for reviewing grading descriptions prior to purchase.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed prior to dispatch. Goods remain the property of European Direct Solutions Ltd until paid for in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption. Our liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
